Aaron Theisen - Project Development
Aaron joined RPMA Wind in 2010. He is involved in a variety of roles in the development process, including site development, project management, and power sales. Aaron works directly with collecting wind data, landowner relationships, community relations, legal documentation, preparing sites for permitting, construction management, and writing proposals for utility RFP’s.
At the University of Wisconsin, Aaron earned a BBA from the Wisconsin Real Estate Program and also majored in Risk Management & Insurance and Psychology. Prior to joining the wind development industry, Aaron worked in Corporate Insurance Risk Management. He advised companies on insurance practices, managed client relationships, performed insurance markets analyses, assisted with internal software rollouts and conducted sales.
Active in community service, Aaron most recently served three years on the Board of Directors for a non-profit organization in Southeastern Wisconsin. After a year on the board he was elected Vice President for a year, and subsequently elected President for the third year.
Aaron enjoys travelling the world, learning, and spending time with family in Wisconsin.
