67 Vestas 1.8 MW turbines on 80 meter tubular towers


Proposed Balance of Plant Facilities

Approximately 15 miles of underground electric and data collection cable, 17 miles of gravel service roads, 20 entrances, 3 permanent MET towers, a single 161 kV substation, and a single operations and maintenance building


Amount of Cropland Used for Wind Farm

Approximately 34 acres (less than 1% of total project site area)


Point of Interconnection

New 161 kV substation near Laurel, Iowa; approximately half way between Marshalltown and Jasper substations.
